Fees For Notary Public Services

Tex. Gov't. Code Ann. § 406.024 sets out the maximum fees a Notary Public may charge for notary public services.

At BZ Services & More, we prioritize accommodating your schedule and delivering timely services. However, we kindly request adherence to the following policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling:

Our notary services are available exclusively during evenings and weekends to accommodate your busy schedule. Whether you need documents notarized after work hours or on weekends, we're here to assist you.

Rescheduling of Appointments:

• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a $5.00 fee, particularly during peak seasons, holidays, or holiday weekends. Additional charges, including a mobile fee, may apply. 

Cancellation of Appointments:

• • No charges for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a charge of 50% of the total service amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a charge equivalent to the full total amount of the service

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations or rescheduling. However, please be mindful that last-minute changes affect our ability to accommodate other clients, as appointments are reserved based on your booking.
